The concept of a summer house in sunny Italy.
To make this small house as lightful as possible, we installed panoramic sliding glazing in the kitchen-living room. Due to this solution, the area of the house could be easily increased.
In all other rooms, floor glazing was selected, which allows to maximize the penetration of sunlight into the house.
Available materials, such as ceramic granite, plaster and decking, were chosen for the facade decoration, but thanks to the combination of the difference textures, an individual solution was developed.
This is a summer house in warm Italy so the issue of heating was resolved by underfloor heating
